The plan’s life, disability and accident insurance coverages are underwritten by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (Manulife).

Reminder: Those eligible to apply for Entry Level Coverage under the Dental Office Staff Insurance are dental office employees who have been hired by a dentist within the past 90 days. If you have been working for your current employer for more than 90 days, you must apply for Full Coverage under the plan.
