When Applying for Ontario Excess Malpractice Coverage

1. You must be a dentist licensed to practice in Ontario and a member of the Ontario Dental Association to be eligible to apply. Excess Malpractice Insurance for Ontario dentists is arranged for by CDSPI Advisory Services Inc. and is underwritten by Aviva Insurance Company of Canada.
2. Based on CDSPI 2017 rates. For coverage in excess of your primary coverage of $2 million mandated by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO); CDSPI Advisory Services Inc. is not affiliated with the RCDSO.
3. Based on annual premiums; weekly premium payments are not available.
