Can I speak with a MAP counsellor in person?


Can I speak with a Members’ Assistance Program counsellor in person?

If you choose, you can meet with a Members’ Assistance Program (MAP) counsellor face-to-face. When you call MAP, a representative will inquire about the nature of your call. If it is an emergency, you’ll be connected with a counsellor who will speak with you over the phone immediately. If it is not an emergency and you wish to speak with a counsellor in person, a meeting will be scheduled where you can meet with a MAP counsellor in your area.
