CDSPI’S CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The corporate governance structure adopted by the CDSPI Board of Directors enhances the Board’s capacity to achieve the mission and vision of the organization.

By corporate governance, we mean the process and structure used to direct and manage the activities and affairs of CDSPI with the objective of serving the Purposes and Objects of the Corporation and enhancing the Members’ value, which includes ensuring the financial viability of the Corporation.
