If you need to file a claim relating to your Canadian Dentists’ Insurance Program coverage, CDSPI’s Claim Support Centre is your first contact. We’ll assist you in every way we can to help make the claim process go as smoothly as possible.

In addition to answering questions you may have about filing a claim, CDSPI’s Claim Support Centre can act as liaison between you and the insurer, and follow-up with the insurer on your behalf if you ask us to do so.
Note: The insurer is the adjudicator of your claim. As such, the insurer will make the final decision regarding the approval of your claim — not CDSPI. Additionally, CDSPI is not permitted to intervene in matters involving your confidential medical and/or financial information, unless your written authorization has been given.
