Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance provides you with financial compensation to help cope with the financial consequences of a serious accidental injury that results in permanent and total "loss of use" — or provides a benefit to your beneficiary if you die in an accident.

Underwritten by the Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, AD&D Insurance provides a lump sum payment of up to $1,000,000 according to the type of injury (and up to $2-million in the case of paralysis), and is specifically designed for the dental profession — covering particular injuries which can affect a dentist's ability to practise. The plan offers highly economical premiums and provides many specialized benefits such as Hospital, Convalescence and Occupation Training Benefits. Single or family coverage is available without having to take a medical.
