With Legal Expense Insurance, it's financially easier for dentists and their families, who have reasonable grounds, to launch or defend most personal legal proceedings and specific professional* legal proceedings. Select the coverage that best suits your needs — Professional, Personal/Family or Professional* and Personal coverage. NEW Dentists’ eligible family members can now apply for their own, separate Personal/Family Coverage. Underwritten by the Aviva Insurance Company of Canada, the plan provides coverage for legal fees of up to $100,000 per claim (with an annual aggregate limit of $300,000) for most claims, and provides up to $3,500 per claim per spouse for legal fees arising out of matrimonial matters.
