Contribution OptionsYou have a choice of ways to contribute to your CDA RSP, CDA Investment Account, or CDA RESP: • By cheque using an Application Form (for new accounts) or by using a Deposit Form (for existing accounts) • Through Pre-Authorized Chequing (PAC) by filling out a PAC Form • By transferring an existing RRSP or non-registered plan, by obtaining a Transfer Request Form To obtain any of the above-mentioned forms by mail or fax, contact CDSPI at extension 5020. You can download and print out these forms by downloading our investment applications. • By adding "CDSPI" as a payee to your existing on-line, telephone banking or ABM account (not available through all financial institutions). Simply specify which CDA investment plan(s) you’re adding (CDSPI-CDA-RSP, CDSPI-CDA-RESP or CDSPI-CDA-INV) to your payee list and then enter your CDA account number(s) for each — numerical data only. Call your bank if you need assistance. If these options are not offered by your bank, please call Investment Services for assistance (see below). Requests for transfers between funds received before 4:00 pm EST on a business day will be processed using unit values at the close of that day. Requests for transfers received after 4:00 pm EST or during a non business day will be valued using unit prices at the end of the next business day.
