Dental Office Staff Insurance

Dental Office Staff Insurance offers financial protection
that helps you cope when disaster strikes. The plan offers three types
of insurance coverage — life, accident
and disability insurance —
that are available exclusively to dental hygienists, certified dental
assistants, dental therapists and other dental practice employees of
eligible dentists. The three coverages can be purchased together, or
separately. Dental Office Staff Insurance is available for an economical
price, and includes special coverages and attractive options. It is
available in two coverage levels, Entry Level, for staff just starting
out, and Full Coverage, for staff who are more established in their
careers.
Basic Life Insurance
The Basic Life Insurance plan provides your dependents
with up to $500,000, depending on the coverage level you have selected,
in the event of your death to assist in meeting financial obligations
such as debts, expenses or taxes. Underwritten by The Manufacturers
Life Insurance Company (Manulife Financial), Basic Life Insurance offers
a variety of valuable features such as the Waiver of Premium Option.
Family Insurance
Family Life Insurance provides you with up to $500,000 (to
a maximum of your Basic Life Insurance coverage) in the event of the
death of your spouse to meet your spouse’s outstanding financial
obligations and funeral expenses, the costs of on-going child care or
other expenses. Underwritten by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company
(Manulife Financial), Family Life Insurance offers economical
premiums and can also cover all of your dependent children. The Waiver
of Premium Option is also available.
