We’ll assist you in every way we can to help make the claim process go as smoothly as possible. If you need to file a claim relating to your Canadian Dentists’ Insurance Program coverage, CDSPI’s Claim Support Centre is your first contact. For CDSPI Home & Auto Insurance claims, your policy includes 24/7 Claims Emergency Assistance. Should the unexpected happen, simply call The Personal at 1-888-785-5502 and your claim will be handled quickly and efficiently.

In addition to answering questions you may have about filing a claim, CDSPI’s Claim Support Centre can act as liaison between you and the insurer, and follow-up with the insurer on your behalf if you ask us to do so.

Note: The insurer is the adjudicator of your claim. As such, the insurer will make the final decision regarding the approval of your claim — not CDSPI. Additionally, CDSPI is not permitted to intervene in matters involving your confidential medical and/or financial information, unless your written authorization has been given.
