On Monday April 13, 2020, we will send our TripleGuard™ policyholders some additional information about their pandemic outbreak coverage and the overall claims process.
Aviva Insurance has advised us that they have put in place a specialized team and are working on processes to review the thousands of pandemic claims submissions. This of course, will take some time as Aviva adjusters will be reaching out to individuals on a one-on-one basis.
