Current role

Renata Whiteman joined CDSPI Advisory Services Inc. in 2000. In her current role as senior advisor within the insurance advisory team, Renata advises a range of clients, including dental specialists, general dentists and students, on insurance plans to meet their specific insurance needs.

Experience

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Renata shares her knowledge of insurance risk management with dentists across Canada by presenting at regional component societies, study club meetings and Continuing Education courses. Prior to joining CDSPI, Renata was an insurance broker at a home and auto brokerage.

Renata holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Santo Amaro, in São Paulo, Brazil. Renata is licensed as a Level 2 general insurance broker and as a life and accident and sickness insurance advisor.

Outside of work

Renata enjoys working with her clients as they achieve milestones, such as the purchase of their first practice. She takes great pleasure in meeting with dentists face to face during her travel and presentations.
