I am pleased to announce that Aviva Canada will begin processing pandemic coverage claims in accordance with your TripleGuardTM insurance policies.
CDSPI and Aviva have been working together to bring this matter to a resolution. Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, this process has been complex.
If you intend to file a claim, and have not already completed the initial claim submission form, please call us at 1.800.561.9401 or email claims@cdspi.com.
The CDSPI and Aviva teams are working closely on the next phase of the claims process and we will be emailing you with further direction on how to proceed early next week.
We understand these are extraordinary times for dentists, and I am pleased to be sharing this update today. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work through the claims process as quickly as possible.
