Change to Saskatchewan Provincial Sales Tax

On February 26, 2018, the Saskatchewan government announced they are rescinding the 6% provincial sales tax (PST) that was introduced on life, health, disability, accident and sickness insurance premiums in 2017. The change is retroactive.

As a result, all PST collected on applicable CDSPI premiums will be refunded.
