As wildfires continue to affect communities across British Columbia, many individuals and families are facing evacuation orders, displacement, business disruption, and property loss. Dental practices and the professionals who serve their communities may also be feeling the impact.
CDSPI has begun proactively reaching out to clients who may be located in affected areas to ensure they know support is available. Our goal is to provide reassurance, help clients understand the resources available to them, and connect them with claims support if they experience a loss.
As part of this outreach, CDSPI is:
Checking in with clients who may be located in affected communities.
Providing information about available claims support and resources.
Helping clients understand what to do if they experience property damage, business interruption, or another insured loss.
Answering questions are providing guidance during what can be stressful and uncertain time.
Clients who have been affected do not need to wait to hear from us before getting in touch. If you have questions about your coverage or need assistance with a claim, your Insurance Advisor and our client service team are available to help.
Supporting dentists and the broader dental community through difficult circumstances is an important part of our role. We remain committed to providing responsive, compassionate support before, during, and after a claim.
