Aviva Shiff is responsible for leading the strategic planning and implementation of mission-aligned marketing, communication and digital initiatives that transform the customer experience. Aviva’s team leverages business analytics, market research and the voice of the client to drive value for the dental community.
Aviva joined CDSPI in 2018 with 15+ years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. In addition to her BCom degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, she is a Certified Customer Experience Profession (CCXP), a Fellow of the LIMRA Leadership Institute (LLIF), has earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and successfully completed the Mutual Fund Branch Managers and Canadian Securities Courses.
