All claims under the CDSPI Legal Expense Insurance program should be directed to ARAG.

For inquiries regarding an ongoing claim, please reach out to claims@arag.ca. The Legal Helpline is available seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to midnight (local time), with emergency assistance available 24/7.

If your malpractice coverage is through CDSPI, you must notify us at 1.800.561.9401 or claims@cdspi.com as soon as you become aware of a claim or a potential claim whether the allegation is verbal or written.
