Cory Garlough is President of CDSPI, responsible for providing strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership across the organization. Cory provides oversight and leadership to advance CDSPI’s mission of supporting the financial well-being of Canadian dentists and their families, with a focus on trusted, client-centred solutions, strong governance, and organizational excellence.
Cory brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in financial services, with deep expertise across operations, governance, people leadership, and regulated, client-focused environments. He has a strong track record of translating strategy into execution, building high-performing teams, and leveraging technology and process improvement to enhance service delivery and client impact. Cory holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
